Today's Tip from Tony: Replacing one meal a day with Shakeology® is a convenient, affordable and EASY way to hit your nutrition goals. Great for travelling too. Here’s how to handle Shakeology with the P90X portion approach: The portion plan is basically little chunks of macronutrients portioned out to help you easily balance your diet. Shakeology is equal parts carbs and protein, with almost no fat. So Shakeology can replace one block of protein and one block of carbs.
NOTE: Make sure you record your Shakeology and anything you add to it in MyFitnessPal. My favorite recipe is 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein, cinnamon, 1 Tbsp PB2, 1 c skim milk, and ice. This recipe has 39 grams of protein! Yummy!

Wow!! I just rocked Plyo! I never thought I would be able to get through that one and I actually was going to replace it with the cardio, but I did it and it was AWESOME!
BTW I make a similar drink to what you posted but I add cinnamon to mine, really good. Good Luck today!0 -

Mine recipe has cinnamon also. It's my favorite by far, although it's really good with a few chopped pecans added0 -

On Day 2, I tried YogaX and had a hard time with it because I have had carpal tunnel surgery on my hands. I will have to buy some blocks and a friend told me that there are padded gloves for carpal tunnel individuals. So I am on the hunt. BUT, I did do a Jillian Michael's Ab workout that I have for the last 35 minutes and burned over 300 calories! So I still worked out!
