I just started NROL4W and am "just" in my 4th workout, but I have already doubled the weights I am using. I find the prone jacknifes way too easy though, I just add more so that it's harder and add 20 min of low-impact cardio (like cycling) when I am done. On rest days I try to do HIIT, but usally I just rest.

Strength has greatly increased and it's nice to have a plan of what to do exactly, and not have to wonder each time at the gym which exercise I will do now. People look at me weirdly when I do deadlifts, especially men, but I ignore them!

How is everyone else doing?

You're my idol! I'm still nervous about deadlifts...tomorrow!

yeah, I felt pretty stupid at first. I watched lots of vids on youtube about good form, and started out with lighter weights. Since the weights are small at the gym, I put them up on other weight discs so that I don't have to reach so far down to pick them up.

If the jackknives (knees on the ball) are too easy, go for pikes (toes on the ball). And congrats on starting the program.
