Hey everyone, I'm starting NROLFW for the first time as soon as the semester starts at school. I'm in need of some more lifting friends, so feel free to add me! I've lifted before in a weight training class, but I have not done dead lifts before. I'm really excited to try them, but I would love some advice. I've done squats before and I love them!

Feel free to send me a friend request!

    Hello
I am just starting the NROLFW and would ike to make some friends as well. I am not new to strength training for women, that' s how I managed my weight years ago. I recently decided to get back into training again. I ordered the book and I am looking forward to using the plan. I am presently lifting at home and using myfitness pal along with a balanced nutrition plan for strength training.
It's good to see many more women joining the strength training group. It does have multiple benefits with it, increase bone density, add muscle , define a women's shape, burn calories and lower extra body fat.
