August Monthly Report

Hello Again,
Well another summer month is gone (cry cry cry). This means that another month of our "Life's New Journey" is also behind us. I think for the most part it was a good month for most. I am still struggling a bit and trying to get back into the groove. Maybe I am just storing energy for the upcoming winter months (Ya that sounds like a good story for now). Anyway back to my report. The month ended with 53 participants. Of the 53 there were 31 participants that lost (total of 102.7 lbs YIPPEE!!!!!), 5 participants stayed the same, and 17 participants gained (total of 26.9 lbs -we'll get em next time!!!!). Those are great numbers and I want to say how proud I am of everyone. Give yourself high 5's....
