Returning to the "fold"

I've been gone from the site for about six months or so. It's time to rejuvenate my juices. I've not exercised due to an injured foot which also cut out working outside (and then there's the humidity which my post menopausal body just doesn't care for). I've kept off 15 pounds but gained back 5. There are so many things I want to do and learn and I just need to get my weight under control, especially since research is now saying that overweight women have a greater chance of recurring breast cancer (I'm a six year survivor). Looking for kind words or a kick in the rear as needed.:happy:

    Welcome back to the fold.
    Have you tried water aerobics? It may help since you injured your foot. I had knee problems and went that route for a while.
