Hi all,
I'm only on day 2 of the attack phase and sticking well to the plan. I'm finding myself very hungry this evening only a couple of hours after my dinner. Any ideas for dealing with hunger pangs? Does it get easier??

....just eat something! Protein has very high satiety, have an omelette or bbq a bunch of chicken breasts and eat your heart out. I know that i had carb-withdrawls the first 3 days, similar to when I stopped smoking. But it goes away. :-)
Drink chilled green tea with stevia, that tastes good and is a yummy way of getting your liquids in!

Agreed, just eat more protein from the list.
  • Chobani fat free french vanilla greek yoghurt has been my giant crutch with this diet. It's an awesome snack anytime of the day.

Also, when are you having your oat bran serving? I'm one of those people who tends to get very hungry mid day, so I have the oat bran galette in the morning as part of my breakfast … really does wonders for me in keeping me feeling full.

    Hope that helps!!
  • Yes, eat a bit more protein, but make sure you are drinking tons of water.
