Need help to bulk up by my college grad by May 2013. HELP!

So I've been at it since Jan 2012. I would love to bulk up and have the cut up body by then. I was on it until the beginning of August but I'm lacking because I've lost a little motivation. Any friends out there would like to friend me so we can motivate each other? I would love to have a social group to motivate me AND YOU to get each other to our goals. If anyone can help me with nutrition also would be a great help. I live in Southern California but I would friend anyone from anywhere to help and get help. Hope to hear from you all!     College is probably the best time to hit the gym. If you're college has a rec center, take FULL advantage of it, especially since you are already paying for it as part of your tuition and fees haha. What sort of split are you using for your lifting?
  • I'm doing one body part a day at the gym. I just started doing compound lifting also(deadlifts, pullups, bench etc) My nutrition has to get better for sure!

    I think Nutrition is more difficult than the lifting. Obvioulsy lots of lean protein is a must to put on muscle. I found if I go to the grocery store after a meal and have a list of what i know is healthy, i'll stick to it. If I go to the grocery store hungry, I'm gona come out of there with anything that looks good! haha
