On day 8!

I just finished up Week 1, and am down 6 lbs! I am very excited about these results, ecspecially since I didn't go out and buy all of the food that she wanted me to for the first week. Instead, I stuck to the 1200 calorie diet eating foods that I thought were healthy. This week my goal is to stick to foods that she has in her book. I have a longgg way to go until I reach my goal weight (Started a few months ago at 215, now down to 194), but I can feel my body changing, and more importantly my attitude towards this change. I am more motivated than ever to make this happen for myself! :)
