    Okay, I'm in!

    Start weight 179lbs and my goal is to lose (at least) 10lbs per quarter. I think that's doable for me.

    My starting weight is 232

    Phase 1: 200

    Phase 2: 180

    Phase 3: 165

    Final goal: 150

    Hello! I no I'm getting started a couple days late but I figure better late then never!!

    Start weight, I weighed September 2- 190

    Phase 1 goal- 20lbs, weigh in at 170
    Phase 2 goal- 15lbs, weigh in at 155
    Phase 3 goal - 15 lbs, weigh in at 140
    phase 3 will put me at my goal weight!!!
    so phase 4 is to maintain BC I no once I hit goal weight, I need to learn to keep it there!

    OK, my starting weight is 320.2. Shooting for phase one 31 lbs. to be at 289. Doing for me but dedicating phase one to my Dad who would love to see me lose some weight to be healther.

    efaith, I think that is sweet that you are dedicating your loss to your Dad. :) I lost my Dad in 2001, and shortly after that I lost 110 lbs. I've since put the majority of that loss back on. So, following your lead, my first phase will be in memory of my Dad.

    Starting weight 163...wanting lose 40 lbs by the end of the challenge.
    Phase 1 goal is 13 lbs...

    Good morning everyone,

    My starting weight is 183.

    Phase 1: Lose 25 lbs
    Phase 2: Lose 10 lbs
    Phase 3: Lose 10 lbs
    Phase 4: be at my goal weight of 130 or less.

    I'm hoping to hit it before I lost 17 last month so I'm hoping to keep that up

  • Oops, I am new to MFP, and figuring it all out. I weighed in Sept 1, but didn't enter it here. I already entered my info into the google spreadsheet, though.

    Sept 1 weight: 289
    Dec 1 goal weight: 274

    I'll set my other goals at the end of each phase.

    Forgot to come check this challenge thread. My start weight for Sept is 258.2, and I hope to be 240 by the end of December.
  • Couple days late but my starting weight is 128...mainly trying to be more active.

    Hello everyone! I am a little late joining the group, but I am really excited to be here! I have a long journey and I'm glad to be here with everyone.

    SW: 195.5
    GW: 155

    First phase goal:
    Loose 10lbs

    This might seem like a small goal, but I have been trying to loose weight for over 6 months, but I can't seem to get the scale to move more than 3lbs! I've gone to the doctors and talked with trainers and everyone seems to think I should be loosing weight. Keep your fingers crossed for me and good luck everyone!! Please feel free to add me, I'm always looking for more friends to support.
