Well, I have been "eating to lose" for 2 weeks now, and I'm happy to report that it busted my plateau and I've lost 4 lbs bringing my total to 78 lbs!! I've been preaching this new mentality to everyone who will listen! YAY!!

Good job taking the "risk" I'm sure your mind kept telling you this was. Nice report on progress.
Considering you already lost water weight from starting a diet way back whenever, this is most likely real weight. - congrats.
