Good morning everyone,
My starting weight is 183.
Phase 1: Lose 25 lbs
Phase 2: Lose 10 lbs
Phase 3: Lose 10 lbs
Phase 4: be at my goal weight of 130 or less.
I'm hoping to hit it before I lost 17 last month so I'm hoping to keep that up0 -
My starting weight is 182.1
Phase 1 goal: lose14 lbs.
Phase 2 goal: lose 12 ibs.
Phase 3 goal: lose 10 lbs.
Phase 4 goal: to be at my target weight of 137 lbs.0 -
Starting Weight: 243.6 lbs
Goal: Lose 15 pounds by December 1st or sooner!0 -
Oops, I am new to MFP, and figuring it all out. I weighed in Sept 1, but didn't enter it here. I already entered my info into the google spreadsheet, though.
Sept 1 weight: 289
Dec 1 goal weight: 274
I'll set my other goals at the end of each phase.

Hello everyone! I am a little late joining the group, but I am really excited to be here! I have a long journey and I'm glad to be here with everyone.
SW: 195.5
GW: 155
First phase goal:
Loose 10lbs
This might seem like a small goal, but I have been trying to loose weight for over 6 months, but I can't seem to get the scale to move more than 3lbs! I've gone to the doctors and talked with trainers and everyone seems to think I should be loosing weight. Keep your fingers crossed for me and good luck everyone!!
