Hi! I'm new here. I've been averaging 60+ minutes of workout time a day for a month and have only lost 1 pound, so I'm trying something new. I'm a hunter/jumper but do Zumba and belly dance for fitness as well as going to the gym and stable. 143 pounds. Goal weight roughly 124 pounds. I'm sure Ruby (Arabian) and Wiley (Shire cross) would appreciate it!0
