Hi does anyone know if we can get sugar free instant pudding in nz? I haven't found anything in four square, will be looking in new world on the weekend. Wanting to make protein sludge :) thought this would be a. good place to ask. Thanks

    Hey I am pretty sure that weight watchers do a low calorie/low sugar instant pudding ;).

    Thanks this is what I ended up getting. I think it is low sugar rather than sugar free so not hugely low in calories, but close enough for the amount I use them :) Shame we don't have the range they do in the states though, might buy some online.

    I found a great recipe on you tube for making protein ice cream.. It's absolutely fantastic. Made with protein powder and almond milk. Tastes yum and only takes about 10mins to make!

    Weight watchers do several different sugar-free puddings, but not all supermarkets stock all of them. My father-in-law is diabetic and it's what he has.

    Quick google says Hansell's makes it, under Weight Watchers brand, it's sugar free and suitable for diabetics, available at New World and Pak'n'Sav. Mousse, in choc, berry, or irish creme.
