    Down 2 pounds this week...43 total since June.

    I was 163 around Aug. 25.
    I weighed myself a week or so ago and I was 155.
    Today, post-breakfast (288 cal) I weighed in at 155.4 (70,5 kg).
    So I gained about 500gr.

    Guess I'd better get on with the excercise!

    I didn't have time to log my weight yesterday but here it goes...

    SW 9/1/12: 198.2
    Week 1 9/8/12: 196.4
    - 1.8 lbs!!! 6.2 lbs to go!!!
    GW: 190.2
    UGW: 170

    down 1.5 :) a bit behind schedule, but I was actually at 194 2 days ago. Damn those fluctuations, hehe... that's why I actually prefer to weigh daily.

    Of course, that's a complete fluke and today I was up to 132.8, so who knows what my actual weight is. I think I need to start weighing daily in order to keep up with trends instead of fluctuations.

    I stayed the same this week.... but that's alright. I am still motivated....

    I just figured out today...that since I am turning 50 in November I should shoot for "50 by 50"! Aaaaaaaaaaaaand.... I'm halfway there! So, I AM motivated!!!

    I think I m changing my October GW to 295. I didnt expect the results im getting. Amazing what happens when you track your food and workout everyday!

    I didn't know tonsils weight 10 lbs. Just kidding. Hope you are better and you do need to gain some of that weight back (before you lose it the right way).
