I was 163 around Aug. 25.
I weighed myself a week or so ago and I was 155.
Today, post-breakfast (288 cal) I weighed in at 155.4 (70,5 kg).
So I gained about 500gr.
Guess I'd better get on with the excercise!0 -

Of course, that's a complete fluke and today I was up to 132.8, so who knows what my actual weight is. I think I need to start weighing daily in order to keep up with trends instead of fluctuations.0 -

I didn't know tonsils weight 10 lbs. Just kidding. Hope you are better and you do need to gain some of that weight back (before you lose it the right way).0
