Need some feedback/opinions:
I just ate some grilled abalone and when I tracked it there is some abalone that shows no sodium, and the raw abalone shows a fair amount of sodium. So which do you think it is? The abalone I ate was grilled with no sauce, nothing on it. I bought it at Costco and it was already cooked, with no nutrition label.......so....opinions? Carol

I don't know the answer for you, but when I want to compare to the mfp database, I have had success finding nutrition information on livestrong.com....maybe that will help you.0

Since it is a sea creature, I would expect it to have sodium.
