Hey guys
I have signed up to run a 10km run in mid October, but when I do training at the gym on the treadmill, my Achilles tendon tend to be sore after running for about 15mins, anyone know the reason why? I am using running shoes.

sometimes people (myself included) make the mistake of stretching their legs but not their FEET (cause who REALLY thinks to stretch their feet).... there are some cool videos on youtube that will show you how. Also make sure you stay plenty hydrated. Never stretch without warming up. Make sure your diet contains plenty of potassium. Hope that helps I have my first 15k in mid october - so I'm right there with you!0
