2nd Challenge Lose 10lbs in 5 Weeks!

Hey Ladies,

I thought we could try another challenge since there are new members interested in doing it. This challenge will be the same as the last one, Lose 10lbs in 5 weeks. Avoid Sugar and processed foods, Don't go over on your calories, and exercise.
Lets start this challenge on Monday September 10th. Please post your starting weight on this topic on the 10th. Then everyone will come back every Monday for their weigh in. The weigh in dates will be September 17th, September 24th, October 1st, October 8th, and the final weigh in will be October 15th.

    Also, I know we are all super busy w/ our babies and life in general, So try to post your weigh in's on Monday, but if you are a day or 2 late, don't feel like you can't post it.

    Only just seen this was 202.2 on Mon 7th
    When you say no sugar do you mean processed sugar? as i eat 2-3 portions of fruit a day & taht always puts me over on sugar :( Can't give up my fruit i need the Vitamin C to help absorb my Iron (still very low 8 weeks after birth)

    I hope everyone is off to a good start! I know weekends can be hard for some people sticking to a diet or exercising. As for me, I am stuck at a desk working for 10 hours straight, but I brought a healthy lunch, and I plan to go for a jog later if I'm not to tired. How is everyone else doing so far?

    Traveling makes it tough! Most of the week I did fantastic. Saturday is my cheat meal day... Except it turned into cheat day with being on the road. :( but, that's life... And tomorrow is a new day! Hope you other ladies are doing well!

    going well gave in to a funsized snickers yesterday but otherwise on track :) Been doing lots of walking in the country pushing the buggy so hoping for a good result tomorrow. Good luck everyone xx

    I am a week late in starting this challenge but I am gonna join anyway. Work has me swamped but I have gotten enough done so far to be back online to check my status and share my journey. Yay me

    Weight: 270...lost 1 pound..but I had a horrible weekend. I go back to work today and used food to make me feel better. I have a feeling this next week will be awesome I have new motivation!!!

    I was 231.2 this am so i am down almost 3 lbs from 234 when we started. Been running about 3.5 miles a day 5 days a week. Really hoping to add some 30ds this week.

    Loss this week = 0.8 lbs
