Had a great start to my workout but tweeked my hip on the decline push-up. I made it through the rest but at a much slower pace. I attempted the Ab Ripper but that was not going to happen. So I have been icing and its feeling much better. I may try to finish Ab Ripper tonight.0

Arms & Shoulders for me today. Not digging this video, but I'm doing it Ab ripper is a little bit much for my right hip that pops for some reason, so I did 30 minutes of Pilates to supplement. Burned 476 calories!

Great job on getting it done! Some of the workouts are not my favorite, but I'm not it it to love the workouts. I'm in it for the results!
One suggestion someone made in my FB P90X group was to turn off the music on some of the workouts and turn on your own music. It may help you with some of your workouts.
