Well, I went to go and get the 30 day Shred last night but decided to get the Ripped in 30? Does that still count? I completed day one and I really enjoyed it. Its a little bit more different than the Shred but just as intense if not more. Here's to another 29 days!!

    I really liked it. She still does the 3-2-1. Still hard core. Just a few different moves.
