Ok so since I started low carb, I have been constipated. I do not want to go out and get a laxative. But what do you suggest, I know I have seen some use psysillium husk<<< if i even spelled it right....

I was the same until I upped the fat content, no problems now ;)

Some Vitamin C can help too, I have plenty of it, can't harm :)

I had a horrible time when I started LC, then I switched to Coconut Oil for cooking. A little bit to scramble my eggs and even a 1/4 teaspoon in my coffee has done wonders. You don't taste anything when you use it. I have even used it on my dry elbows with great success !!

Read up on the great qualities of it and you'll be a convert in no time !!!
  • Drink plenty of water.

Vitamin C and magnesium are both helpful.

Just in case you get desperate... try a probiotic...I occasionally take one. Atkins recommends phylum husk? which is metamucil type products

I agree with Vim and the others here, nothing to really be alarmed at but just do the following:

    Drink water
Up the fat content, it eases things a bit in that department. Coconut oil in morning coffee does wonders IMO
Vitamin C and Magnesium appear to help some people
If you need a little extra help, psyllium husk can help as well
