    Nice. It's hard to have faith and accept some initial weight gain when you've lived so many years trying to eat less and less.

    girl. you are my inspiration! I am just like you.. struggling, but I've seen a BIG change in my journey ever since I started this 5 years ago. I am happier and I think I'm getting there. Thanks for sharing girl!
