Mini Tues

Shall we go for another two4Tuesday? Let's do 2 different exercises or have 2 goals?
How about to start we do some uppercuts. You can sit or stand. Put your hands up near your face as you do for the punches, only this time you bring your arm down and then punch straight up as if punching under someone's chin! Just do as many as you feel comfortable with. If standing to do them, put left foot out front, then switch to the right foot.

2nd one we could maybe do some deep breaths? Stand tall, bring your hands together as if to pray, bring up over your head as you take a deep breath in, hold for a sec, then bring arms out to the side then down, repeat as many times as you like.

    I'm in except for the arms over the head part--shoulder is still sore.

    Ok, I did 40 total of upper cuts. 20 each side. And 10 deep breaths. Hope you all are doing it and enjoying them! For me, I really do love the boxing moves.

    Just saw your Mini Tues goals. Tomorrow will be a better day. I don't often go on the computer so I don't always see these until the evening or the next day. Wish there was a way I could get them to pop up on my phone.
