Hey guys! I just changed the date from November to October. Hopefully it's okay with everyone! :huh:
So enjoy your last few weeks. Try to start getting your body used to the idea that cardio is coming. Even if it is
taking speed walks/jogs every other day. Again, I hope everyone is okay with the change of date. It's a month sooner but at least we know we will be ready for those Halloween costumes and parties! If you have any questions or concerns feel free to ask away. I hope everyone sees this before it starts and that every member isn't logged off until Nov 1st :laugh: THAT WILL SUCK!

Glad I saw this!! I was just telling my hubby this morning that once I was done with the 30day shred at the end of this month that I was going to have to find something to fill October with. A little nervous/excited to do insanity....my hubby and I had bought the dvds over a year ago but then found out I was pregnant. He did the program and had awesome results. I've just been to scared to try it....looking forward to October now!!0

That's awesome!! I am excited as well. I have had it for about a year and went through with it once half way (only got through the first month) but a little cheating here and there. I also wasnt eating healthy so it didnt help me as much as i thought. but this time im ready! i watch what i eat now so i know this time it will give me the results i need. I had my son 2 years ago and it stretched my stomach so much. i need to make it firm again and ive been slacking. i tend to get lazy which is why i made the group. so im glad you joined in! im here for support if you need me.0

I had told my hubby that I wanted to get my eating habits back to what they use to be and doing regular exercise before doing insanity. Started running again with him and our 2 daughters and then started the 30day shred program. I'm down 15lbs from when I started in August and looking forward to getting back to the me I was before our surprise 4th baby joined us! And I totally get the cheating. My hubby and I did P90X before and after our 3rd little one. I had a love/hate relationship with it.lol. He travels for work now so it helps having people on here to talk to about how hard it is trying to be healthier and maybe complain to when we start the workout program! As far as the tummy issues after having babies, it just plain sucks.lol. You'll get there, even if it seems impossible and frustrating. For me, it's always been pilates, running, and workout videos that helped after. Life happened after our little man was born and made it harder to focus on me or anything for that matter. Finally feel like things are back on track and looking forward to seeing some changes brought on by insanity!! Plus, I really don't want to go in to the drs office in Dec. and be heavier than when I got pregnant with the last one.lol.0

Very happy to start it in October!! I did it June for 2 1/2 weeks! I felt great the first 2 weeks but traveled and slipped up the 3rd week and fell off the wagon. I do it every once in awhile now but nothing consistent. I am looking forward to getting back into it and I need it too!!0

Same here the sooner the better!! I have also been doing it here and there but not consistently. I have upcoming events next month and I want to look nice. So i REALLY REALLY need to stick to it this time. No cheating! I have been religiously watching my calories and drinking more water than I usually do. I haven't weighted myself or measured yet. But as soon as I get payed I will buy another tape (my little one destroyed the one I had :laugh: ) I can't wait to star! See you ladies soon!!! :smooched:0
