How is everyone doing??
Just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing? I had to take a couple days off, my leggs and knee were giving me some trouble. Back at it though, finishing up week 4 this weekend!!! Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Improvements
Hey everyone Did the cardio power today and I actually did 4 travelling push ups and the deep lunges - couldn't Di those It's amazing to see an improvement in my strength and flexibility Cardio abs tomorrow intrigued to see what that's about
Restarted week 2 today
and my legs felt so heavy - i am sure they will be better tomorrow or at least i hope so x

i am seriously getting addicted to this insanity stuff - i just love it and i was so upset i missed a day yesterday but i brung it today i am off on holiday for the weekend and insanity is going and my laptop - thank goodness my partner does it with me :-) just hope the caravan can take 3 days of jumping hehe

well i was still feeling unwell today so missed it out today do you think i could do day 8 and 9 together with one warm up and one cool down tomorrow? or is that a silly idea? x

Day 6?
i am unable to workout on Saturdays at all. It will have to be my rest day. So good luck to the rest of you that will be kicking some butt and sweatin like crazy. I will be doing the same tomorrow while the rest of you are taking a rest. =)
