Level 2 is killing my feet due to my plantar fasciitis!
I have plantar fascilitis and thought level 1 hurt more than level 2.
It's the push up + abs plank positions that hurt my feet the most, for some reason.0 -
dont think i will get to the shred today - but will make up for it on saturday0

level 2 day 9 done, upped the weights to 5's from 3's for some of it... ouch..0

I have plantar facitis too!! =( I have had it for a whole year already and am going to the doctor next Tuesday!! I hope it's not bone spurs!! So I feel your pain sister... It's a constant pain in my foot lol.. sorry, I couldn't resist!0 -
Took wednesday off, sore shoulder. Weight training today. Double header volleyball Friday. L2D2 Saturday.0

Took a couple of days off. Today was Day 6 of Level 2 for me. I can't wait to move on to Level 3 - I need to build some more shoulder muscle!0

Life is crazy right now and have missed a few days here and there on Level 2. Got up this morning and was going to skip it again, I had already missed 2 days in a row, but hubby told me not to quit! So I pressed play and completed L2D9. Happy that tomorrow I can do the last day of Level 2 and move on.
So even if you've missed a couple days, just pick up where you left off .. and "don't quit!".0 -

Finally back at it after a week off for a pulled back muscle. Did Day 19 today (day 9 of level 2). Will do the last day of level 2 tomorrow and will start level 3 on Monday. Yay!0
