I am running a bit behind with this due to a few extra breaks to let my knees rest. I started Level 2 this week. Other then my shoulders getting tired I actually think it's easier then level 1. Anyone else behind?

So I started 30DS on Saturday August 25th, but have only actually finished 5 days. I was curious if anyone else is doing any other exercise in addition to the 30DS workouts. I have been doing a lot of walking and doing yoga as well. Since today was day 2 I am pretty sore but managed to get a 35 minute yoga session and 30 minute walk in too.
Level 1 kicked my booty at first, but I'm now doing it easily. I finished Level 1, Day 6 today and felt like I could have done it again.
