So I started 30DS on Saturday August 25th, but have only actually finished 5 days. I haven't done it since Friday morning since I was camping through the Labor Day weekend (3 day weekend here in the US). So I'll be back on board tonight. I have still been active and my caloric intake hasn't been bad. But I am afraid that I've lost momentum and it'll be more difficult to get through the whole workout again. I'll probably add a few extra days of level 1 to make up for it. Ugh. I am dreading tonight.

Just get back on it. And adding a few days seems a good idea. I did that the last time I did this DVD. It helps. But try not to move to level 2 before you're ready because I did and it hurts!"0
