30DS 30 days straight?

I was curious if anyone is taking any breaks from the DVD or just pushing through the 30 days with no break. If so, what does your schedule look like?

    Ummm, I took a break today but i was planning to do it 30 days straight. I think that's how you will see the most difference. :)

    Even though this is day 2 for me and I did not do the DVD, I plan on doing 30 days straight and makng it a priority since I went to the gym for 1 hr today instead of excercising for 20 min with the DVD.

    No way, I'm not at all concerned doing it for 30 days straight. Especially if you're getting in other exercise, you will still see results.

    I am trying to do it 30 days straight. 2 more days on level 1, then I will see what level 2 is like. Rumor is level 2 is most challenging.
    if i go to the gym, i am just doing walking for 90 or some minutes.

    I am planning (or doing) it only Mon - Fri. So each level will take me 2 weeks.

    I taking labor day weekend off because I'll be Las Vegas. I'll work out again on Tuesday. While I'm in Vegas, I'll be improving my push ups, that's my only goal for the weekend?

    Have fun n Vegas. I live here born and raised. I was going to do each level for 10 days in a row then take 1 day off before I move onto the next level. I decided to do 5 days then take one day off after every 5 days. Idk if my body cuz handle 30 days in a row w/o a break I think my body n muscles would need time to recover. I think either way whether u do or don't take a break u will see results with this program as long as ur eating a healthy diet along with doin this workout

    I try to go as many days as I can before taking a break. I know how far I can push my body and this time around I made it 6days. Today is my rest day.
