Progress Day 15

Hi, ladies!

Be encouraged! You're getting strong and you're making progress. It is now Day 15 and I've actually missed 2 days of Level 2, but regardless I have made some progress. Lost 4 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. I can tell that back fat has been reduced, too. LOL!

How's everyone else doing?

Also, if anyone would like to be friends, please add me. I am new to MFP and only have 3 friends. :-)
