Shin Splints

Beware of those butt kicks and jumping jacks. Apparently I have been landing wrong and although I corrected my foot form, I have still been left with shin splints. I will continue to do 30DS but not the cardio part. Will just have to do abs or strength training for a couple extra minutes, at least for awhile.
I was going to give up on the dvd altogether but then I remembered I could just susbtitute some work outs for others mentioned in the dvd. It should still make me burn calories like crazy.
Anyone else discovering new injuries and pushing through an injury to complete 30DS?
I'm resting, icing, wrapping my legs up with athletic wrap, etc. I'm not just pushing through the pain to make it worse, btw.

I got shin splints too!! I thought I was landing right. What other way is there to do a star jump and land?!?! Anyway, my rest day on Sunday helped a lot with this, and yesterday I did 30DS again. I'm going to continue doing that 20mins everyday, but I've stopped my running in the gym. I think that was really taking it out of me!0
