I had started the Venus Index program about three months ago - then my son's wedding in Tennessee happened and a lot of travelling and then camping and I haven't exercised for at least five weeks. So I'm hoping to start my Venus Index program from the beginning again. How are the rest of you doing?

    I just joined VI but I am not starting until 10/1 since I am in the midle of Asylum. I just want to finish my current plan and it ends the last week in Sept. I did also get some of the nutrition books so I am ready to roll in October. I have a half marathon in November also.

    Note: I am Zeilinks on the VI forums
