I've just made a syn free couscous cake. 250g couscous, juice of 1 orange and lemon. Add boiling water to the couscous until its absorbed. Add 4-5 teaspoons of sweetener. 2 whisked eggs. Mix the lot together and bake for about half an hour at 180. Devide into 6 and it's 95 cals per slice. You can also use a muller light instead of eggs x

All sounds lovely. Im such a fussy eater! I dont have much dairy as Im intolerant so dont ever have milk. I use soft cheese as my HEA. I could use about 10 HEB's per day lol
I have just discovered though, if I eat eggs at breakfast (about 8.20am), they keep me pretty full up till 1.15 pm. I thinks thats really good!! For me anyway, Im usually munching by 11 am haha

Ooo what is the quiche recipe?

    ingredients
    peppers, diced
    onions, chopped
    courgettes, diced
    baby sweetcorn, sliced
    asparagus, sliced lengthways
    mushrooms, chopped
    tomatoes, sliced
    3 eggs
150g fat free natural cottage cheese

    method
Prepare whatever Superfree veggies take your fancy… we’ve used peppers, onions, courgettes, baby sweetcorn, asparagus, mushrooms and tomatoes. You can dry-fry them until soft or leave them raw for extra crunch.

Mix together the 3 eggs, 150g fat-free natural cottage cheese and some chopped parsley.

Lay the chopped vegetables out in an oven-proof flan dish then pour the cottage cheese mix over.

Pop in the oven at 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5 for around 30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.

I use lean ham, onion and mushroom all free and tastes even better the next day for dinner at work with salad :0)))
