What resistance bands do you use?

So I started Body Revolution with the resistance bands I had....medium resistance from The Firm. Worked fine for the limited usage in the beginning. It's only about 4 feet long.
Weeks 5 and 6 the usage increased and I could barely use mine because they were all in crescent pose. So I bought a new band, 7 feet long by Savasa. It doesn't say what the resistance level is.
Yesterday's workout was week 7 and my new longer band just did not cut it! Cable tricep kickbacks and Cable tricep extensions were a no go.
As far as hand weights, I am using 6 pounds for light, 8 pounds for medium, and 10 pounds for heavy.
Why can't I do the resistance band exercises? Is it me or the bands????

Did you not get a band with your kit? Mine came with a really nice cable It's adjustable for added tension, but I usually just wrap it around my foot if I need it shorter.0

I bought it off EBay and it did not come with the bands.0

I don't know the answer to what makes them special. I have not yet started Body Revolution, so I don't know exactly what resistance bands are actually needed. Just trying to be helpful!

I appreciate it! I don't know why I am such a dope with this!!! Two resistance bands...a 4 foot and a 7 foot, and I am a spaz with both of them! I bought the level 1 and level 2 Jillian bands and put them on my credit card...:devil: I'll see if I can return the long one I just bought.0

I used the level 1 bands throughout the whole program and i got them on amazon for like 12 bucks. i hope you can return your ones from JM.com lol0
