40+ and weight loss

I hate to use the fact that I'm 40 as an excuse, so I'm not going to. I'm going to lose this baby weight. Step by step, just like the process of gaining. I will eat the proper nutrients to feed my baby girl. I will walk and do yoga and drink water and eat oatmeal. I will get back to a more comfortable weight. I will be strong and fit.
Let's do this together.
How are you doing today?

What a great attitude! You go mama! I like your style and might take a stab at mimicking it ;)
  • Love it! I'm in my late 30s and don't want my age to be an excuse...I may never be as skinny as I was pre-kids in my 20s, but I can be healthy, fit, and strong regardless. We can do this!

I'm in my late 30's too and taking off the pounds is more challenging when trying to balance time between work, baby, hubby and home. Where's that time to go exercise?? Unfortunately it is nearly non-existant!! Just hang in there and keep up the hard work
