Day 11-12

Sorry I've been MIA!! I had to go out of town to my parents' and help work on my grandmother's house getting it ready to sell. (My 95-year-old grandfather passed away about 6 weeks ago, and we have moved my 94-year-old grandmother in with my parents.) I pulled up flooring, painted, cleaned, etc. I did take my workout and did Stretch last night instead of Yoga because of the time constraints. I just got home shortly ago and did Legs and Back for Day 12.

My point in saying all this is that it is so easy to let life get in the way of our workouts. You MUST make time for YOU! If you don't, who will??? My workouts are too important to me to skip simply because I was tired or out of town.

I'm glad to see that some of you have been BRINGING it while I've been away.

Ready for Kenpo X tomorrow! Let's BRING IT!

    Legs & Back done! One of my favorites :) May work in some Pilates this evening. I always feel so much better after making time for my workout!
