Great work, P90X peeps! Way to power through Week 2. How is everyone feeling?
Today is Kenpo for me. Ready to burn some serious calories! My right knee is bothering me some. I rubbed it down with Icy Hot last night and will try to take it easy on it today, but somehow Kenpo and easy don't go in the same sentence

taking a rest day today. I am still to sore from legs to push through, plus i had a really stressful day. Tonight I just want to chill out. I will do my Kenpo tomorrow. And after seeing Shelia's burn i can't wait to see what my HRM reads!!0

Sometimes we need that rest day no matter what the calendar says. I did Kenpo this morning and then went to the zoo this afternoon and got in over 4 miles for the day. Tomorrow is yoga since I switched out Stretch on Thursday.
