I will keep it simple today: add push-ups to your routine today....if you are still a beginner then do 3 sets 10 with knees, on the wall or couch.
If advanced to 3 sets 10 military style, or do with on leg elevated (just lift one leg up), do a set with both feet elevated like on a chair or a bench or a physical therapy ball (you know the big bouncy ball)
If extreme then do the tricep push-up on a medicine ball.
Push-ups are a true strength builder and great all over body toning exercise!
