I'm going to mainly be eating weight watchers soups at first so i know i'm not going over, they are low cal so can have a couple one for lunch one for dinner, and maybe a muller light or something , good luck x

I find that a great breakfast on DD is Oat-so-simple sachets of porridge. If you make the Golden Syrup one with water instead of milk it is only 132 kcal.
Follow that with a salad for lunch and you've plenty kcal left over for a decent evening meal, especially if you don't want to miss out on family time at the tea table like me.
Baxters Healthy soups are quite good as well as Muller greek style fat free yogurts, only around 80kcal.
    Hope this helps!

I have these too but for dinner AND if I have the calories I even sometimes add milk. Oh the luxury :-)

Going to attempt my kiwi version of pumpkin soup with English ingredients this weekend. Will update on results.
