 down 2lb, amazed as I haven't exactly made the best choices this week...however as far as IF goes I was skipping breakfast and doing between 14/10 and 16/8 split, that tends to be the easiest and least stressful way for me though I'll be experimenting!0

 Down 6.6 lbs! I was exercising like crazy so I don't expect the same result this upcoming week, but still very excited about this number!0

 After doing IF 17/7 and sometimes 18/6 for 3 weeks I stopped losing weight. Some research suggests anything more than a 16/8 is bad for women. So, I decided to not fast last week and start again this week. We will see if going back to 16/8 works without the stall.

 I had a week where I didn't lose, so I had a week with no fasting days & sure enough, lost about 4lbs that week. The following week went back to fasting for a couple of days (I am doing 24 hour fasts) & lost 5lbs. I think our bodies just need a change every now and again to jump start them.

 What about doing 14:10 - This is what I do b/c I read the same thing about 18:6 not being as good with women b/c of hormonal imbalances. 14 hours of fasting is really working great for me...It fits my lifestyle...Best of luck to you!!:flowerforyou:0

            150.6! I actually was down to 148 yesterday, but "fell off the food wagon" last night, so of course my weight is a bit higher this morning. I still lost a couple pounds though!0

 Honestly...
 I would suggest you put your weight for today. It sort of defeats the purpose of a weigh in day if we start moving it around. I understand that you were late to weigh in originally, but....ehhhhhh.....
 This is a long weight loss group. (16 weeks I think) So I wouldn't be too worried about the first few weigh ins.
 You'll be fine and thanks for being an active poster!0
