I am about at the end of JMBR. I am trying to decide between repeating phases 2 and 3 or trying either ChaLEAN Extreme or JNL Fusion. Since I can't do all the moves in phases 2 and 3, I could just repeat those, but I also want to stave off boredom, so I am wondering if I do Fusion for 60 days then back to BR.....

I just finsihed on Friday and am taking a week off of everything but light cardio. I am eating at TDEE, too so this is a fun week for me! Then, I think I will be starting ChaLean Extreme. I am excited about building more muscle and really re-shaping my body. I do plan to come back to JMBR after though. Same as you, I dont want to get bored.0

I finished in August, and I've been rotating all of Jillian's DVDs to keep me from getting bored. I just make my own schedule and follow it like I would BR. I go back to BR workouts from time to time--still a killer workout!0

I finished JMBR back in June and then did ChaLEAN Extreme. Just finished that so now I'm back to another round of JMBR and then I'll go back to CLX again.
I loved both programs, but definitely loved CLX the best! I lifted so much heavier than I ever thought I could and I just feel stronger.
Now I'm on my 1st week of my 2nd round of JMBR and I've had to hit the UP switch several times in today's workout to make it more difficult, thanks to doing CLX!!!0
