For this 90 Day Challenge, I pledge to:
1. Stay with my calorie allowance on myfitnesspal,
2. Burn at least 3850 calories/week (to give it "110%" as proposed by Roger), and
3. Participate in at least three organized fitness events (e.g, races) during the challenge's time frame.
My goal is to lose 20 pounds by the end of this challenge.0 -

3. Weigh myself every Monday AM for more accountability

For the Ultra Challenge, I pledge to:
* Hit my weekly calorie allowance on MyFitnessPal
* Burn 5390 calories per week, or an average of 770 per day (110% of what Dr. Bob was having us do during the first two challenges)
* Weigh in every Tuesday morning after exercising
* Reach my target weight at the end of the challenge (just 12 more pounds to go!)
* Most important of all --- support my fellow Challengers however I can!

For the Ultra Challenge, I pledge to:
* Record and sign on MyFitnessPal daily
* Stay within my weekly caloric allowance on MyFitnessPal
* Exercise at least 5 days a week and burn 2000+ calories a week
* Maintain my weight within 1-3 lbs
* Be an encourager to all y'all !0 -
Update: I've increased my weight loss target for this 90-day Ultra Challenge from 12 pounds to 20 pounds. (I lost 35 pounds in the first two challenges combined, so this should be entirely doable.)
If Heather can lose 20 pounds in this Ultra Challenge, then so can I. And if I can lose 20 pounds in this Ultra Challenge, then so can Heather!0 -

Hi all! I'm the newest member, and starting tomorrow, September 19, I pledge to:
1. Burn 3,600 calories per week on average (realistically more when in town, less when out of town)
2. Log food intake daily
3. Achieve a modest, sustainable weight loss of 7.5 pounds--could lose more, don't want to obsess and sabotage myself.
4. Like the guy says, support my fellow challengers!
My goals, as you can see, are all about equilibrium and acceptance.

Hi Everybody,
I plan to:
1) Burn at least 1500 cals a weeks and work out 3 times a week at the gym.
2) lose 3 more pounds before Christmas!
