Good stuff, especially for people new to it.

I've been hearing a lot about DUP lately. Watching now.0

I like how he talked about size and strength being interrelated. Seems pretty basic, but I had never thought about it that way. Kind of an "ah ha" moment for me, lol.0

That dude is strong as **** to be so little. He squats around 500 and looks like a stick.0

I've been looking into Brandon Lilly's Cube Method lately.
Based off of a Westside conjugate system but he varies the intensities and reps.
So for the 3 lifts (squat, bench, deads) he varies from week to week from speed work, a max effort, and reps. So you're constantly rotating excercises, and not getting burnt out.0 -
Layne norton was running a program designed by this guy recently (at work so can't watch the video so he might have mentioned that).

Yeah he seems to have drank the cool-aid and really gotten behind it.
I like Layne and he's a strong dude, for sure.
I just don't neccessarily agree with the guy doing the programming. He mentions the word optimal. Which for me (aside from the time it takes to reach a goal) you have to consider the amount of work put in. He maxes his squats on a daily basis. Not saying he isn't strong, but you can achieve a 500 pound raw squat without putting yourself through daily max effort work.
For me, If I can achieve my goals in 4 days per week, I'd rather do that than max 5-7 times a week.0 -

Very good vid..Non-linear undulating periodization in some form or another is the type of system I follow as well.0
