Toning tummy?

My two kids are exactly 2 years apart, and my tummy is really saggy. I think I need skin removal, it's just so bad and really getting me down. Even after I lost a tonne of weight after my first, my stomach was still really saggy. I don't know what to do??? Does anyone have any advice???

I'm not strictly PP anymore..... My youngest is 9 months lol.

Thanks if anyone can give me tips!!!

Your best bet on getting your tummy toned is exercise with weights. I highly recommend a DVD like ''the 30 day shred;'' It takes only about 25 min a day and the results are amazing. My mommy belly is almost gone and i lost 2 inches off each my waist, hips and bust and an inch off my arms and thighs. Oh and i have 2 kids one is 20 months and the other is 5 months old.

I loved my results from 30 day shred! I'm working on Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and Killer Buns and Thighs right now.

I got hella saggy skin. Especially after my recent, 2nd c-sec. I know from personal experience it's going to take some serious training (preferably weights) to tighten it as much as possible. You burn more fat with muscle during rest. So the key is to lose as much as you can and be happy with what's left or if still annoyed, as I am, plan on getting a tummy tuck.

I hear you I have a 3 year old and a 8 month old and 8 month old was csection. I felt better after i Lost with first but this time its harder and see the sag from csection. Its very frustrating....the 30 day shred sounds good. Doing insanity may try that after insanity. Feel free to add me !!!

I think get to your healthy weight, do some toning exercises and then learn to love it :) think of it like a stamp of being a mummy. I don't think your body is never the same as it was before, but thats no need for surgery expense and risks - thats what spanxs are for ;)
  • I'm so glad to hear people are getting good results from the 30 day shred, mine just came in from Amazon. I had a C-section 6wks ago, and I'm hoping that the MD will release me for exercise on my next appt this week. Excited to start exercising again!! I always carried wt in my tummy, and I feel like my lower belly isn't exactly saggy, but I have that "spare tire" effect. Hoping I'll be able to shrink it away
