Happy Monday Challengers!!!

We are almost halfway to Halloween! Anyone have their costume ideas yet? I am such a last minute person lol but I am excited to find something none the less. Hopefully in a smaller size!

So I went creepin through some of your diaries ( I like to call it challenge research ), and noticed a lot of you don't get as many vegetables in daily. Don't worry no judgement here, I'm in the same boat! I can eat all the fruit in the world but veggies are a serious challenge for me. I know the saying is "at least 5 servings a day". :noway: to me that would be crazy difficult lol. So for this weeks challenge we're going to shoot for at least 2-3 servings a day. For extra credit over the course of the week try to include veggies of at least 5 different colors, that could be as easy as a tomato, broccoli, corn, carrots, and cauliflower.

Let's get our veggie on people!

Have a happy and healthy day!

That sounds like a great challenge! I am horrible at working my veggies in! I'm also going to add my mini-challenge from last week to this weeks challenge because I did not succeed last week. So this week I am going to eat more veggies and walk 10 miles total on top of my 30 day shred!

I have a couple of ideas for a costume but haven't decided yet! I'm thinking either a devil or a gangster (not the modern day but the old time gangster). I found cute costumes for both of those...so just have to make up my mind now! lol I can't believe we're about halfway there. Time to step up my game for sure!!!

I hope everyone has a great week!!!! :)

    Super challenge!

I am terrible at both fruits and veggies! I had a great bout a couple of months ago, but have let myself slip!

I think I will see if I can get 3 servings of each fruits and veggies so that I have a more well rounded diet in general!

Hi, I've got my costume!! I went out and tried on a bunch of stuff in the fancy dress shops and I ended up getting a short and petticoat-puffed Alice in Wonderland outfit in a size Small - so shocked as the size indication says 8-10 (UK sizes) and I'm still a 12 but it fit really good so I went for it. I've still got two and a half weeks before I go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party so I have time to lose a little bit more. I got the black alice shoes and black headband to finish the look.

My boyfriend went for a raggedy pirate outfit so it'll be Alice and the pirate!

Great challenge, love my fruits hate my veggies but I will try. Mini carrots will be my friends!
  • I missed this post yesterday, but I don't eat enough veggies for sure, so I will try harder as well! Does V8 count? lol
