I hit my maintenance mark of 161.
I look to break through this number by next week.
Here in New England I’m enjoying the fresh apples & peaches of the season, yummy!

I was actually down to 152.6 last Thursday! Unfortunately, it's not my true weigh-in day, so it doesn't count. Oh well. I'll take 1 lb down! It's better than nothing, especially considering I had family in town to entertain, so my normal routine was a little broken.0 -

0.8 lb lost! 5.4 lbs to go!!!

This doesn't look like much but last week I had gotten back up to 197.8 so to be back down to this is great!!! Also, I've changed my UGW to 180.

Not a great week for me folks. Only down .2 for the second week. I stayed at or under my calorie goal the whole week. Where i messed up was I didnt work out the last part of the week. I wont make that mistake again. I hope everyone else did great for their second week.
