    Did 20 situps after my 30day shred workout. also had about 106oz of liquids but one glass of that was a margarita!!!

    Kept forgetting about those situps. So today did 10. And will do 15 tomorrow, 20 on Tuesday since I've been a slacker.

    I'm feeling good today tho. Reached a personal goal. After several months off from running I've been running 30 min and the goal was to increase the distance in that 30 min. I started out at 1.75 miles in 30 min and today I hit my first goal of doing 2 miles within that 30 min. I lost 50 lbs the past 2 yrs and have kept it off due to running. Now it is time to kick it in the pants to lose the next 40lbs. That is why I joined Fitness Pal and this challenge.

    Congrats on reaching that goal. That is awsome! I've been toying around with the idea of starting C25K.

    Does sombody has a list of exercises in english. I got problems to find the exercises I do in my studio here in the list.
    For example when i sit and push the wheight with my legs:O) Both feeds are on a platform to push.:O)
    I have no idea if that makes any sense to you (lol). but thanks

    I have been too busy with work and school this weekend to post all my stats but here they are loves! ;)


    Wed 8/12 =17 cups of water : 20 sit ups
    Thurs 8/13 = 22 cups of water : 80 crunches
    Fri 8/14 = 16 cups of water : 20 sit ups
    Sat 8/15 = 11 cups of water : off day
    Sun 8/16 = 18 cups of water : 10 sit ups
    Mon 8/17 = 27 cups of water : 20 sit ups
    Tues 8/18 =

    My sit-ups for the first week

    9/12 no sit-ups Wednesday's are really busy days
    9/13. 15
    9/14&9/15 no sit-ups
    9/16. 30
    9/17. 30
    9/18. 45

    I did four days of sit-ups. Better next round. I drink 8-11 glasses of water a day. I do keep track of it in my food log.
    This week I lost 3 pounds. WOW!! :happy:

    Today - no sit ups :( but I've had 3 liters of water already. :)
