EBT App for Stress

I am trying out a new app..just got it today, but thought I'd share it in case there were other stress eaters out there
It is called EBT: Emotional Brain Training...creator: Emotional Brain Training. Their website is www.ebt.org.
I am trying this out and so far...I like it. It gives me something to do to not only keep me from chowing down on whatever..but it has me realizing some things that are bothering me.
Basically, you can set up how often you check in. And when you check in, you assess your stress and from there, it tries to help you decrease your stress level. You may end up writing what you are angry about, what you are feeling sad about, etc.
And...there are also little things called grinds you can write up yourself to starts changing how you think. Of course it isn't a miracle thing..it's a tool. So just like MFP - you'd have to commit to being honest as well as checking in
If anyone else tries it, let me know what you think. I'll probably come back on here in a week or two to update whether I still think it's good or not.
And also - the app is Free

I am using an iphone.. If you aren't finding it on the Android, then I guess it may only be for iPhone
They should make it compatible for Android because it really is a good app
