    I have been too busy with work and school this weekend to post all my stats but here they are loves! ;)


    Wed 8/12 =17 cups of water : 20 sit ups
    Thurs 8/13 = 22 cups of water : 80 crunches
    Fri 8/14 = 16 cups of water : 20 sit ups
    Sat 8/15 = 11 cups of water : off day
    Sun 8/16 = 18 cups of water : 10 sit ups
    Mon 8/17 = 27 cups of water : 20 sit ups
    Tues 8/18 =

    yest. 58oz of water and about 20 reg situps did a total of 80 different ab exercises :)

    My sit-ups for the first week

    9/12 no sit-ups Wednesday's are really busy days
    9/13. 15
    9/14&9/15 no sit-ups
    9/16. 30
    9/17. 30
    9/18. 45

    I did four days of sit-ups. Better next round. I drink 8-11 glasses of water a day. I do keep track of it in my food log.
    This week I lost 3 pounds. WOW!! :happy:

    yest. 58oz of water and about 20 reg situps did a total of 80 different ab exercises :)

    12th - 1.5 litres (53 oz) Forgot about situps :-/
    13th - 1.5 litres (53 oz) 30 situps :)
    14th - 1.5 litres (53oz) 35 situps and 11km ran :)
    15th - weigh in day and day off from counting :)
    16th - 1.5 litres (53oz) 5km ran and 40 situps :)
    17th - 2.25 litres (74oz) 55 situps :)
    18th - 3 litres (101oz) 60 situps and 45 mins of Zumba

    9/13: 100 Situps (Bootcamp) Water: 67.6 oz
    9/14: No Situps Water: 67.6 oz (Stairs)
    9/15: No Situps Water: 24 oz (Rest)
    9/16: No Situps Water: 34oz (Rest)
    9/17: 150 Situps (Bootcamp)
    9/18: 150 Situps (Bootcamp)

    Water, I need to do better. It's hard sometimes

    nt drink mucdh water yesterday and rest day so not ab exercises :)

    Today - no sit ups :( but I've had 3 liters of water already. :)
