I use lots and lots and lots of coconut oil and butter. I can easily reach 70% fat intake without trying too hard. If you feel like you are coming up short, plop a spoonful of a healthy oil on top of your food. It tastes great and will give you the extra fat that you need.0

Coconut oil and avocado are my go to sources.0

Handful of nuts, cocoa/egg muffin... If you don't eat the fat on your meat (ie, you trim it), then start doing it. Hell, try maybe try some bulletproof coffee - make a coffee, add some butter/coconut oil and enjoy. Surprisingly works with cocoa, too.0

Do you add anything else to it or just cocoa, butter and oil?0

I posted directly on your feed but here it is along with the other great answers.
Howl, I like the idea of cocoa powder with my bulletproof coffee...like a mocha. Gonna have to try that one.
Avocado and avocado oil
Olive Oil
Paleo mayo - http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2012/08/19/mayo-how-to-video/
Paleo Pesto - just without the parmesan
nuts - walnuts, almonds, cashews, etc and their nut butters
bacon grease
grass fed butter or ghee (Paleo-approved)0 -

Oh, I add all kind of things - though I admittedly I don't like (thus couldn't possibly recommend) mixing the oil and butter. I dunno. Just isn't my thing.
I like to try all kinds of stuff in my coffee, just to see what's good. And because I'm weird. Avocado, nut butters, animal fats and bloods tend to work rather well. Bananas give it a delicious twist when frozen and blended in. Raw eggs however, I do not recommend. As shocking as it may seem, they tend to boil in the boiling water (surprise, surprise) - though this did give me a fantastic "Coffee-Poached Eggs" recipe that, well, is rather tasty.Howl, I like the idea of cocoa powder with my bulletproof coffee...like a mocha. Let me know what you think. I love it, myself. The butter/cocoa blend is divine.
*EDIT: Typos. Those damn, stupid typos.0 -
Love the idea of trying a little cocoa in my oily coffee. I'm a huge fan of coconut oil in coffee. It is so yummy. I haven't experimented with other fats yet though.0

I just tried the Bulletproof coffee and I dont know why I didnt try it sooner! I absolutely love it and it starts my day off with about 18g healthy fats (I use 1/2 tbsn coconut oil, 1/2 tbsn clarified butter and a splash of coconut milk).
I will definitely be trying it with some cocoa powder now too!0 -
Nuts - I do a mix of raw almonds and raw pecans
avacado - I use the 100 calorie wholly guacamole packs - very easy to grab and go with some baby carrots or strips of red pepper0
