    good technique .....

    you have to put that you eat less than 1200 calories a day, or talk about carbs in the title to get any of these yahoos to read it though...............

    Thanks for sharing, Zilla. I had a lot of shoulder trouble until I learned how to bench correctly, and realized how important rear delts are in the press.
